  • Leading development for Bible.is, a mobile app that allows users to interact with the Bible in text and audio. I stabilized and enhanced the application to drive average customer ratings to over 4.7 and have managed teams of up to 4 developers and 1 quality analyst working concurrently.
  • Leading maintenance and development for Gideon Bible App, a mobile app also allowing users to interact with the Bible in text and audio, with features and content specific to The Gideons International. I have implemented a brand new version of the application and have continued to enhance it with new content and features.
  • Leading maintenance and development for Faith Comes by Hearing, a faith outreach company providing bible content and accepting donations to further their outreach efforts. I have implemented several campaign pages, increased web site performance, and integrated the web front-end with NetSuite.
  • Leading maintenance and development for WebWOTC, a platform for submitting and managing Work Opportunity Tax Credit requests. I have brought several customers onto the platform and implemented several changes to remain aligned with government regulations.
  • Managing the creation, review, and publication of blog post content for the Fullstack Labs web site. I have ensured at least 1 new blog post is generated and published per week and search engine optimized.
  • Building Fullstack Labs BA/PM and BI . I have developed job descriptions along with PM Challenge and BI Coding Challenge processes (submission, evaluation), evaluate submissions as candidates apply, and interview candidates that move forward. I have also enhanced Kanban management processes for maintenance accounts and implemented Jira automation to automatically notify the team when certain events occur (new ticket, status change, reviews needed, etc.).
  • Building Fullstack Labs IT Discovery and Strategy Development capability. I have developed a TOGAF-aligned framework used to discover and document an organization's drivers, Enterprise Architecture, and processes using the Archimate standard.

AMC Theaters is the largest movie exhibition company in the the world, with approximately 1,000 theaters and more than 11,000 screens across the globe serving approximately 350 million guests annually. As Project Manager and Business Analyst for AMC, I:

  • Worked with a team of more than 20 to build AMC Stubs A-List, a subscription service that offered customers regular monthly tickets and premium treatment. We integrated the service's features at theater kiosks and the AMC website and responded to shifting requirements stemming from market pressures while still delivering the solution under budget and on time.
  • Along with five others, developed an accounting system to track hourly employees’ work, wages, adjustments, and payroll. The ETL, reporting mechanisms and a majority of other processes were automated, providing stakeholders with better audit reporting.
  • Integrated sentiment data from Twitter into the data warehouse and provided analytical reporting.
  • Standardized business requirement templates and processes and evolved project and the portfolio management toolset for use across the organization.

Hewlett-Packard is one of the largest computer manufacturers and IT solutions providers in the world. At HP, I:

  • Built a project pipeline dashboard with four developers that fed data entered into InfoPath forms into a SQL database, providing project visibility through dashboards and reports. In addition to InfoPath and SQL, the project utilized SharePoint and SSRS.
  • Built an activity tracker that provided a one-click solution for project managers to enter project tracking information into Excel and generate standard-format, dynamic-content status reports in PowerPoint. The tracker was built with SharePoint and VBA, in addition to Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Led a team of seven to build branded websites for HP's B2B e-commerce customers. We ensured that each customer had separate storefronts, commerce networks, and back-end inventory and fulfillment systems while minimizing customer impact. The websites were developed with SAP Ariba and custom in-house solutions.
  • Mentored more than 75 Business Analysis employees to assist them in obtaining their IIBA and PMI-PBA certifications. Chose resource materials and condensed them into a series of presentations to conduct live mentoring sessions.
