Professional Bio
Both my parents were also software engineers, so they were a great influence on my decision to go into the field myself. In my case, I always loved computers, from playing video games to building my own machines. I also like the challenging mix of creativity and logic that software engineering requires — it's the only field where I can build interesting things, work remotely, and solve problems in creative ways. My favorite technology is React because of its component-based approach to building web apps. I'm fun, relaxed, and smart, and when I'm not working I enjoy playing video games, making carnita asada, and working out.
