Blended Team Approach

This is the middle of the spectrum, we assign a variety of Designers, Project Managers, QA Engineers, and Software Engineers. Our team becomes part of the client team. Within this approach, it’s important to properly define who will be Managing the project and who will be responsible for QA.

How Do We Hire the Best IT Talent?

Phone Screening

A call that takes 10 - 15 minutes, the potential candidate is given general information about Fullstack Labs and is asked 4 to 5 general questions regarding the professional experience we also assess the communication skills from the candidate as well as salary expectation.

General Coding Assessment (GCA)

It’s a standardized test that helps us measure core programming and computer science knowledge. We only move forward with candidates that achieve a score of 650+.

First Interview

60 min interview to dig into their past extensively. We evaluate the candidate’s job history and dig into significant projects the candidate has participated in.

Take-home Coding Challenge

This is a take-home assignment that the candidates records via video with specific technical tasks to complete.

Coding Challenge Review

The coding challenge is reviewed by our CTO, Mike Piccolo, and our CIO, Ben Carle, to see if it was done correctly and is assigned a grade.

Final Interview

If the candidate approved the take-home challenge, they have a final interview with our CTO and CEO. We invest significant time from our CTO or CIO to recruit the right high-quality applicants.
